whats your reasoning behind that.

reed engines do have more crank case pressure, are you concerned about the cylinder to cylinder pressure sharing?

the reeds will last the same as they would in a ts, tr/obr or syndicate reed case. being that they are gonna be carbon fibre boysen type.

reed case twin shall work just fine.

stiffer reed petals will yield higher revs and less bottomend, you have that reversed.

ah thanks for the correction, yeah with the insane power of twins im worried that the reeds will flutter out of controll when they reach high rpms , as long as it dont loose too much bottom end punch

the twin turns less r's than a high performance single cylinder reed engine. there will be no troubles in that department, especially with the carbon petals. now, if they were using thin fiberglass reeds i could see what your saying.

i want a reeded twin, in a bad way.

We've been talking with TR about making a reed case for the twins. Isn't top on the list but I'm sure it will happen at some point.
